It’s my job to lead all communications, making sure that our audiences, partners and funders are up-to-date with news of our festivals, programmes and consultancy developments. I work with partners, artists and the team to make our marketing approachable, interesting, on message and on time.
My work has focused on arts marketing and event management since 2006 when I secured Princes Trust funding to set up a network and website for creative workshop leaders. Since then, I’ve also worked on Lincolnshire Dance’s NHS wellbeing Dance 4 Life project and the Appetite Creative People and Places programme in Stoke-on-Trent.
I like being part of a team that increases opportunities for people to engage with something new. There’s a buzz at festival time but our consultancy work helps with long-term development too.
