We’re aiming to be as accessible and inclusive as a festival can be. We’ve been accredited with the Attitude is Everything Bronze Standard Charter and if you have access requirements we’d love to learn more about how we make our festival easier for you to enjoy.
Our website has new accessibility tools that will help you find what you need and we’ve strived to make every performance at the festival enjoyable for all.
If you want to chat about any access requirements in advance, need any assistance booking your or your companion’s tickets or would like this information in a different format, please contact Lisa@artreach.org.uk or call 01162 616 882.
All performances are wheelchair accessible and viewing areas can be reserved for wheelchair users when we’re expecting large audiences. Accessible areas and chairs are available at all performance sites – just ask one of our friendly team!
Most of the performances feature very little spoken word or are non-narrative pieces such as music, dance or circus skills so no BSL interpretation is available. All performances that require tickets are free of charge so you can book if required, a companion ticket free of charge too.
For performances inside venues, you’ll find their access information linked below in the location listings and also on each individual event page.
On our festival map, you’ll find locations for accessible toilets and blue bay parking spaces.
Our festival is an outdoor festival, using public spaces, so Guide Dogs are welcome. Venues we work with also have a guide dog welcome policy
We’re very keen to make our festival enjoyable for all, so if you’ve got suggestions for improving accessibility, your feedback will be most welcome!
